We started Shortlist because the good jobs were hard to find.
Big boards are built for big companies. We wanted one place for the small teams doing careful work, with the salary up front.
Two people, one board, every job read by hand.
We’re Inês and Rui. We spent ten years hiring for small studios in Lisbon and kept losing good people to bigger names, not because the work was worse, but because nobody saw our jobs.
Shortlist is the board we wanted back then. Companies under 100 people, a salary on every job, and no recruiters. We read every listing before it goes live and take down the ones that are filled.
It’s paid for by the companies that post. Job seekers never pay, and we never sell your email.
